保修条款

Terms of warranty

在正常使用情况下,产品保修期为 3 年。由本公司出货时间起始计算。保修前必须了解详细及条款, 包括:保修范围 、保修期限、保修凭证、保修注意事项)本公司拥有最终决定权

保修范围   Warranty condition

在正常使用情况下,产品保修期为 3 年。以下情况,将不列入保修范围内: Under normal use, the product warranty period is 3 years. The following conditions will not be included in the warranty: 

 1) 安装或操作不当,如未有按照安装说明书之指示操作。 Improper installation or operation, failure to follow the instructions of the installation manual. 

 2) 自行修理、拆开或改动产品内的任何组件。 Repair, disassemble or modify any components in the product by yourself. 

 3) 破坏或涂改铭牌、产品编码。 Destroy or alter the nameplate and product code. 

 4) 使用或操作环境不合符安装说明书的表述。 The use or operating environment does not conform to the description of the installation manual. 

 5) 人为破坏等非正常使用损坏,例如: 摔坏、不良运输、倒入液体等等。 Man-made damage and other abnormal use damages, such as: falling, poor transportation, pouring liquid, etc. 

 6) 外在因素,如: 自然灾害、政府禁令、战争及其他不可抗力造成的破坏。 External factors, such as: natural disasters, government bans, wars, and other damage caused by force majeure. 

 7) 无法提供有效的保修凭证,或保修凭证曾经过涂改。 Cannot provide a valid warranty certificate, or the warranty certificate has been altered.

保修期限  Warranty period

1) 产品保修期为 3 年。 The product warranty period is 3 years. 

2) 保修期由本公司出货时间起始计算。 The warranty period is calculated from the company’s shipping time. 

3) 在免费替换组件后,原有之保修期不因此而延长。 After free replacement of components, the original warranty period will not be extended.

保修凭证  Warranty Certification

申请保修时,必须提供订单编号或保修卡。 (如未能提供订单编号,将按保修卡上之日期计算保修期限) Applying for warranty, the order number or warranty card must be provided.  (If order number is not provided, the warranty period will be calculated based on the date on the warranty card)

保修注意事项   Remarks

1) 所有合资格的保修申请,本公司将提供组件给予用家或销售商自行替换。 For all qualified warranty applications, the company will provide components to users or sellers to replace them. 

 2) 需替换的组件,本公司会将替换件发送到订单列明的所属城市。 For components that need to be replaced, the company will send the replacement parts to the city listed in the order.
